“Smart Money, Smart Career Moves” – AAB hosts an open lecture at the University of New York Tirana

As part of Global Money Week 2026, under the theme “Smart Money Talks,” AAB organized an open lecture on March 17 with students of the University of New York Tirana.
The lecture, titled “Smart Money, Smart Career Moves: Explore Banking Opportunities,” was delivered by Ms. Edlira Zambaku, Human Resources Director at National Commercial Bank (BKT) and Chair of the Human Resources Committee at AAB. She presented, in a structured manner, the key developments in the banking industry, its importance to the economy, as well as employment prospects and professional development opportunities within the sector.
The event was attended by students from Finance, Applied Banking, Business Administration, and other related programs, who were introduced to career opportunities in banking, the skills required by the labor market, and practical pathways for entry and professional growth in the industry. The presentation also addressed topics related to performance, career development, and the challenges of the banking sector, providing students with a clear and practical perspective on building a career in this field.
This lecture represents an important contribution to bridging academic knowledge with professional practice, supporting the preparation of the new generation for the labor market.
