On this framework, the Albanian Association of Banks, during 25th -26th of March 2025, in cooperation with AIEx-Austrian Institute of Excellence, organized a training for marketing professionals from the banking sector, with the expert Mrs. Alice Taylor- Braçe focusing on public speaking and media relations. The training covered strategic message development, crisis communication, and media engagement tactics, ensuring that banking professionals can effectively represent their institutions in any public appearances.
