As part of its commitment to promoting financial education and supporting the professional development of young people, the Albanian Association of Banks (AAB), represented by its Secretary General, Mr. Spiro Brumbulli, participated in an open lecture organized by the Career Planning & Alumni Office at Western Balkans University.
During the session, Mr. Brumbulli shared insights from his extensive experience in the banking sector, public administration, and academia, offering valuable perspectives on the importance of leadership, vision, and decision-making in building a successful career. He also addressed issues related to professional development and the challenges facing the financial sector in an increasingly dynamic environment.
