AAB participates in Rin Camp 2023
Rin Camp 2023 was launched on August 31, 2023, an activity organized by the State Ministry for Youth and Children, in cooperation with the National Youth Agency and donors, Unicef Albania and World Vision Albania, on August 31 – September 3 in Dhërmi. , Vlora. AAB representatives were part of the panel which discussed the financial education of young people and digitalization. The panel included representatives of the Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT), Raiffeisen Bank, Tirana Bank as well as the AAB Secretary General. In an interactive conversation with the young participants, they shared their knowledge and answered the audience’s questions about the possibility of employment in the banking sector, the products and services dedicated by the banks for students, conducting educational practices at the banks, the opportunities that the banks offer for financing new ideas brought by young people, as well as cyber security of the banking industry. The participants also expressed a lot of interest in the developments in the banking industry, evaluating it as an attractive sector for their future employment.
During 4 days, about 100 young people from the high schools and universities of the country will be informed about the opportunities for connection with the labor market; digitalization of the workplace and education; scientific research in higher education; student structures; development of leadership skills, interpersonal skills; and they will socialize and get to know young people from all over Albania. Rin Camp aims to activate and support the development of personal and professional capacities of young people, and their empowerment.
