Workshop on Digital Onboarding and Regulatory Compliance
On 11 December, AAB in cooperation with Blinking, organized a professional workshop in Tirana dedicated to the future of remote client acquisition (digital onboarding), as well as key aspects related to regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML).
The event brought together representatives from the banking sector, specifically from Alternative Channels, Compliance, and AML functions, creating a valuable platform for the exchange of experiences, best practices, and discussion of the current challenges faced by the banking industry in the context of digitalization.
During the workshop, innovative solutions and approaches were presented with the aim of simplifying and securing the digital onboarding process. A key part of the agenda was a live demonstration of the digital solution, delivered by Mr. Miloš Misojčić and Mr. Mladen Tušup, showcasing in a practical way how technology can enhance business performance while simultaneously meeting regulatory requirements.
The workshop concluded with an interactive Q&A session, providing participants with the opportunity to address technical and operational topics, as well as to discuss next steps and potential collaboration opportunities.
