CAMPAIGN TO RAISE AWARENESS ON UPDATING BANK CUSTOMERS’ INFORMATION

In compliance with legal requirements, bank customers in Albania are urged to update their personal information at their respective bank branches. This requires providing:

Updated ID or Passport
Active mobile number
Current email address
Residential address

This campaign extends its focus to customers residing abroad, who are required to update their information either in person or through an authorized representative.
Not updating personal data can have adverse effects on the use of bank accounts in branches and digital channels. It also impacts the overall customer relationship with the bank, including real-time notifications and security measures.
