AAB Assembly elects Supervisory Board and its Chairman
On May 20, 2025, the Assembly of AAB held a meeting to approve the audited financial statements for the year 2024 and to elect the members of the Supervisory Board.
The elected members of the AAB Supervisory Board are:
• Mr. Bledar Shella – CEO of OTP Bank Albania;
• Mr. Seyhan Pencabligil – CEO and Board Member of Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT);
• Mr. Maltin Korkuti – CEO of Credins Bank;
• Mr. Alessandro D’Oria – CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania;
• Mr. Dritan Mustafa – CEO of Tirana Bank.
Mr. Bledar Shella was re-elected as Chairman of the AAB Supervisory Board. In his role as Chairman, Mr. Shella will continue to represent the voice of the members in fulfilling the banking industry’s obligations related to the country’s EU membership process, the development of the digital payments system, and the protection and enhancement of the banking industry’s reputation through promoting the best values of the sector in the interest of the economy, society, and the environment.
Mr. Seyhan Pencabligil was re-elected as Vice Chairman of the AAB Supervisory Board.
AAB thanks former Supervisory Board members Mr. Andi Ballta, CEO of the American Bank of Investments, and Ms. Flutura Veipi, CEO of Union Bank, for their dedication and important contributions to AAB’s activities.
