This year has demonstrated a remarkable level of interest in financial education among young people, marking the highest participation recorded over the years in the organization of the Money Quiz in Albania.
A total of 1,430 participants competed in the quiz, including 1,196 registered students aged 13–15, organized into 598 teams from 108 schools across the country, including 44 schools from Tirana and 64 schools from other cities.

The competition was held online on March 26, via the Kahoot! platform, and was live-streamed on the Albanian Association of Banks’ YouTube channel.

Participants were welcomed by Mr. Altin Tanku, Director of the Research Department at the Bank of Albania; Mr. Martin Blushi, Deputy General Director of the Albanian Deposit Insurance Agency; and Mr. Spiro Brumbulli, Secretary General of the Albanian Association of Banks.

All three winning teams will receive financial awards provided by the Albanian Deposit Insurance Agency, while the first-place team will represent Albania in the European final in Brussels, competing against teams from across Europe in an international challenge organized by the European Banking Federation (EBF), to be held on May 18–19 in Brussels. This participation is made possible by Raiffeisen Bank.

Learning through play, through the Money Quiz, was organized for the ninth time in Albania by the Albanian Association of Banks (AAB), in cooperation with the Bank of Albania and the Albanian Deposit Insurance Agency (ADIA), with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
