The AAB is delighted to announce the re-election of Mr. Bledar Shella as the Chairman of the AAB Supervisory Board. The election for the new Supervisory Board members took place during the Assembly of Members meeting held on May 30^th, 2023, where Mr. Shella was reaffirmed by the Assembly members to continue leading the Association. As the Chairman, Mr. Shella will continue to represent the voice of the members on digital transformation matters and the visibility of the Association promoting the best interest of the AAB and its members.

In addition to the re-election of the new Chairman, the AAB is pleased to welcome the new members of its Supervisory Board.

The new AAB Supervisory Board is composed as follows:

• Bledar Shella, CEO of OTP Bank Albania – Chairman of the AAB Supervisory Board;
• Mr. Seyhan Pencabligil, CEO and Member of the Board of Directors  – Deputy Chairman of AAB Supervisory Board;
• Maltin Korkuti, CEO of Credit Bank – member of the AAB Supervisory Board;
• Andi Ballta, CEO of the American Bank of Investments – member of the AAB Supervisory Board;
• Flutura Veipi, CEO of Union Bank – member of the AAB Supervisory Board.

The AAB expresses its sincere gratitude to previous members of the Supervisory Board: Mr. Dritan Mustafa, CEO of Tirana Bank, and Mr. Bozhidar Todorov, CEO of Fibank Albania, for their dedication and significant contribution to the Association.

Likewise, the AAB extends its congratulation to the Chairman and Supervisory Board and looks forward to the positive impact their guidance will have on the AAB journey.
