On May 20, 2022, representatives of banks in Albania and Kosovo, were invited to the event entitled “e-KYC & e-signature – solutions for financial institutions”, organized by Mellon and Euronovate with a focus on digitalization. Participants were introduced to the solutions presented and clarified some issues in the implementation of the legal framework in force for electronic signature and customer recognition. The event was characterized by acquaintance with the most advanced technological standards, experiences in Albania and Kosovo, and beyond.
