AAB participated in the 59th EBF associate members’ meeting
On June 7, 2024, the 59th meeting of the European Banking Federation (EBF) associate members was held in Athens, hosted by the Hellenic Bank Association. The meeting brought together representatives of bank associations from several countries in the region and Europe to discuss important developments and priorities in the banking sector. The Albanian Association of Banks (AAB) was represented by its Secretary General, Mr. Spiro Brumbulli.
The agenda included updates on recent EBF activities, and discussions on EU enlargement highlighting the latest EU developments. A roundtable on national developments allowed members to share updates from their respective countries, especially on digital developments, payments, competition, financial literacy, and cyber security.
